We at NAHZSHOP do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that once your order has been confirmed, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.

Any package returned to us due to non-acceptance upon delivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, will be refunded minus all shipping costs (both ways).

All orders come with tracking numbers to help you stay informed about their status and ensure a smooth delivery process.

The team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. This is why once your order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel the order.

All NAHZSHOP packages are shipped with tracked shipping. You will receive the tracking number at the email address provided during checkout, once your package ships. Please check your Junk folder if you have trouble finding the shipping confirmation.
