 with a short video and description of the item — our team will review your case and ensure a prompt solution or replacement.

While each design is made with premium stainless steel and 18K gold plating, please note that natural wear over time may gently soften the surface shine. With proper care, your NAHZ will preserve its luminous finish and elegance for years.

Our Color Warranty covers rust and color fading for all NAHZ pieces purchased after April 24, 2024, regardless of collection or design.
