COLOR WARRANTY
We want you to love your Nahz as much as we do and buy with confidence! We stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a 1-year color guarantee program on all of our waterproof jewelry.
If your Nahz jewelry does not meet your expectations, please contact us at info@nahzshop.com with a video and description of the discolored item, and we will take care of the issue!
With proper care, your Nahz will last a long, long time! As the jewelry is not entirely solid gold, it will eventually lose its shine due to the natural progression of daily wear.
Our color warranty covers rust and color fading for all waterproof items purchased after April 24, 2024. Items covered by the warranty specify “waterproof” as part of the product description.
Pearls are not covered under warranty, as are clasps and extension chains. Any replacement items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased before April 24, 2024 are covered by our 6-month warranty program and items purchased before July 7, 2023 are covered by our 180-day warranty program.
