Delivery Times:

  • United Kingdom: 5 - 10 business days
  • United States: 5 - 15 business days
  • Australia: 7 - 15 business days
  • Canada: 7 - 14 business days
  • Europe: 6 - 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 - 15 business days

 

    Important Notes

    • All orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days after the order is placed (excluding customizable items).
    • Customizable items require an additional 3–5 business days for production prior to dispatch.
    • Delivery times are estimates and depend entirely on the courier. They cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen delays such as high shipping volumes, traffic conditions, customs procedures, or weather disruptions.
    • Please note that deliveries to remote locations may experience extended transit times. In the event of delays, delivery may take up to 4–6 weeks to be successfully completed.
    • Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier. NAHZ is not responsible for address errors provided at checkout, lost packages, or delivery delays after the order has left our facility.

    We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe.

     

    Order & Shipping Process

    You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase.

    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Customizable pieces require an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

    Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the courier’s operations.

    As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment directly on our tracking page.

    You will also receive confirmation once your order has been shipped and when it has been successfully delivered.

    If you did not receive your order confirmation email, it is possible that an incorrect email address was entered at checkout.

    Order Cancellations & Changes

    Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders begin processing immediately after confirmation, and no modifications or cancellations are possible once submitted.

    If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@nahzshop.com. While we will attempt to assist prior to processing, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfillment.

     

    Trouble Placing an Order

    If you are experiencing difficulties during checkout, please try the following:

    • Refresh your browser or verify your internet connection

    • Use a different browser or device

    Late & Lost Orders

    While delivery delays are uncommon, they may occasionally occur due to courier operations or circumstances beyond our control.

    If your order appears delayed, please:

    • Verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

    • Allow additional time for possible carrier-related delays.

    If your order has been in transit for more than 30 days, please contact us at info@nahzshop.com so our team can review the case.

    If your tracking status shows “Delivered”, we recommend checking your delivery location, mailbox, building reception, or with neighbors. Please allow up to three business days for any final delivery updates before submitting a claim directly with your local carrier.

    If your package remains unresolved, please contact us within 7 business days of the last tracking update so we may provide further guidance.

    Missing or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us at info@nahzshop.com within three (3) business days of delivery and include the following:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the items received

    • A photo of the shipping label on the package

    Our team will promptly investigate the matter with our fulfillment department and carrier partners.
