Refund policy
1. RETURNS
You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any NAHZ piece.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Be returned in its original packaging (including jewelry pouch or box).
To start the return process, please contact us at info@nahzshop.com with your order number and the reason for return or log into your account at https://shopify.com/62958764271/account and trigger a return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Free Gifts";
- Gift cards;
3. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion, a restocking fee may apply.
4. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same style, please contact us at info@nahzshop.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
5. RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a NAHZ error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it's untracked.
If the return is due to our mistake or a damaged item, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within the stated time, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
